From developer foundations to ecosystem leadership: building programs, products, and communities that scale
Kharon Labs
Product Manager & Frontend Engineer
Owned product strategy and built the frontend for Kharon Pay, a Starknet-based fiat-crypto on/off-ramp for African users, from architecture through internal beta testing. The product was sunset in January 2026.
Achievements
01Owned product strategy and roadmap for Kharon Pay, a Starknet-based fiat-crypto on/off-ramp, from architecture decisions through internal beta testing
02Built and shipped a production-grade Next.js/React frontend integrated with backend microservices, working directly with engineers to define API contracts
03Ran internal beta-testing rounds that surfaced real UX issues in payment flow, modal design, and mobile responsiveness ahead of a planned public launch
04Flagged early concerns about building exclusively on Starknet given limited token liquidity in the target Nigeria/Africa market
05Made the call to sunset the product in January 2026 after a $5K Starknet grant to validate product-market fit, ahead of a conditional $25K liquidity grant, could not demonstrate fit within a six-week window

Web3Bridge
Head of Operations & Ecosystem Builder
Led operations, partnerships, and ecosystem development for Africa’s leading Web3 developer academy.
Achievements
01Directed 5 Solidity bootcamps (Cohorts 09–13), launched Starknet and Backend Development tracks, and ran Web2 Launchpad (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) plus Web2 Advanced (React.js and advanced JavaScript) across 4 cohorts; onboarded 300+ Web3 developers and an estimated 500+ Web2 developers, with 150+ Web3 graduates
02Drove Cohort 11 to a record 50+ graduates from 60+ accepted, the highest completion rate in Web3Bridge’s history
03Secured and executed the Starknet Education Grant; enabled Lisk’s multi-cohort sponsorship extension through Cohort 10 outcomes
04Built program infrastructure including GitHub repos (170+ contributors, 190+ forks), Classmate dApp v2 for attendance/assessments, and a Node.js/Flutterwave payment system
05Coordinated flagship events such as Web3Lagos 2024 (1500+ attendees) and Celebrating Ethereum at 10 (300+ registered)
06Scaled Web3Bridge’s team from <10 to 30+ as programs expanded and ecosystem partnerships deepened.
07Introduced reporting systems, strategy reviews, and process documentation that improved accountability and enabled smoother operations.

Longer write-ups of the work I'd most want to talk through in an interview. Each follows the same shape: the problem, my role, what actually happened, the outcome, and what I'd do differently.
A showcase of selected programs I've led, systems I've built, technical projects I've shipped, and community events I've helped deliver to grow Web3 across Africa.

Web3Bridge Solidity Bootcamps
Directed consecutive bootcamps (Cohorts 09–13), end-to-end admissions, curriculum coordination, welfare, mentors, and capstone demo days while strengthening systems for retention and delivery.
Expanded beyond Solidity by delivering a Starknet-funded masterclass, launching a Backend Development track, and helping run Web2 Launchpad (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and Web2 Advanced (React.js + advanced JavaScript) programs across 4 cohorts. The Starknet masterclass took capstone teams such as CrowdPass from Solidity to Cairo.
Coordinated and documented final-week capstones through writing PRDs and demo day oversight. Several projects later secured ecosystem grants and migrated to Starknet: CrowdPass ported from Solidity to Cairo through the Cohort 10 Starknet masterclass and went on to secure a follow-on Starknet grant. These outcomes highlight the pipeline strength of Web3Bridge programs and my role in enabling promising products to emerge from training environments.
Served as product manager and frontend engineer for Kharon Pay, a Starknet-based fiat-crypto on/off-ramp for African users, from architecture through beta testing. Sunset in January 2026 when a conditional liquidity grant fell through after the product couldn't demonstrate product-market fit in the required window.
Built v1 and later managed the team that shipped v2 of Classmate, an on-chain attendance and assessment dApp. Web3Bridge doesn't issue formal certificates, so differentiated NFTs minted at each program stage double as attendance record and portable proof of completion, giving students, mentors, and sponsors a single verifiable source of truth in place of spreadsheets.
Built a production-grade registration payment system after a Telegram impersonator began targeting applicants during manual bank transfers. Integrating Flutterwave for transactions and Google Sheets for real-time reporting closed the fraud vector and gave leadership live visibility into payments. Adopted across multiple cohorts, streamlining fee collection and oversight.
Built and standardized GitHub repo templates (structures, examples, and READMEs) that centralized assignments and capstones, creating a transparent system for accountability, mentor reviews, and sponsor reporting.
Coordinated program operations and student logistics, contributing to the successful delivery of Africa’s largest Web3 conference edition featuring talks, workshops, and a hackathon.
Facilitated a developer meetup as part of Devcon’s global satellite series, featuring talks, Q&A, and networking to connect local builders with the wider Ethereum community.
Contributed to organizing the Scroll RWA Summit in Lagos, part of Web3Bridge's flagship ecosystem events, convening local builders around real-world assets (RWAs) and Scroll's Layer 2.
